Funding the Mission
This resource provides links to the Funding the Mission website and the district website for supporting the World Evangelism Fund, Nazarene Benefits USA, missions specials, District Unified giving, SNU giving, NMI offerings, and Kids Reaching Kids.
Includes Alabaster, World Mission Broadcast, Nazarene Compassionate Ministries, KRKids Mission Offering, deputation, and related missions specials. Give online through Funding the Mission via bank draft or make checks payable to the General Treasurer.

Ministerial Studies
West Texas Ministerial Studies provides various programs for ministerial students to complete the required courses for ordination in the Church of the Nazarene. The NCOS program through Southern Nazarene University, Nazarene Bible College, and Awakening School of Ministry are all great options for obtaining these courses. Nazarene Theological Seminary is a great option for graduate-level preparation.

MinistrySafe
West Texas Children and Youth Ministries partner with MinistrySafe for online sexual abuse awareness and screening training. The West Texas Ministry Safe Training Team works with each local church that ministers to children or youth.
The Church of the Nazarene has adopted a zero-tolerance policy for sexual misconduct and inappropriate behavior with minors. Workers, leaders, and pastoral staff are expected to act in the best interest of others and report concerns without delay to proper authorities.

The Safety Network offers Christian psychological support to district ministers, spouses, and children. Call a participating counselor and mention the West Texas Nazarene Pastors' Safety Network.
Support pastors and families with confidential, professional care.
If insurance is not used, counselors invoice the district office without attaching names or issues.
Counselors do not report identity or concerns to district staff except where legally required.
